Allure Sofa Upholstery?

We are wanting to change the Fabric on our Sofa, It is a pull out bed, that has the bottom cushions(2) that flip over for the sleeper, it has the three back pillows...
Wanted to know if anyone knew if you could order a new cover and Install it yourself., we do not like the Color of the Fabric that came with the Coach, kinda yellowey with small gray dots or specks.. The cover is attached with ringers that can be removed... We have thought about using a furniture re-upholster but did not know if you could purchase from someone that already has a template set up for this Sofa?
