Ride level valves

Hi to all, my name is Bill Novell and new to the Assocociation.
We have a 2001 Intrigue 36 ft. Live in S.D. CA.
Maybe someone can tell me if my unit has one or two ride level valves in the front. I know the rear has two and i think the front has one.

You will have 2 Ride Height Valves in the rear & one Ride height Valve in the front.

Thanks for that info.

Can you tell me how the coach can level itself left to right when there is only one valve in the front? Maybe the front air bags are setup to lower only one side even tho there is only one valve in the front? Thanks Kevin,

I believe the valves are for ride/travel setting only. The auto leveling, reads the North/South and East/West relationship to level, and adds air to the appropriate bag to reach level. From things I've read on this board, I now dump the air after parking, before leveling the rig. I also now keep the engine running as it is leveling, as it goes much faster. Well, at least for our coach.

The rear ride height valves control rear height and level left to right. The front ride height valve only adjusts or controls front height. Most leveling systems operate the same way.

Bill,

While pushing semantics can sometimes be irritating, in this case I sense some confusion because of it. They are ride height valves and their function is to obtain the proper positioning of the coach relative to the road surface that the coach is sitting on when it is placed in the travel mode. That basically means that the bottom of the coach is parallel to the road surface and the sides are perpendicular to it. They also raise the coach to maintain the proper height off the road as described by the drive train. The only time the ride height valves would tend to level the coach is when the coach is already setting on a flat and level surface at the time you place the coach in the ride height mode.
In the ride height mode the leveling system used to level the coach on a non-level campsite using air bags is disabled.
