Winter camping and storage

We do some winter camping and store our coach plugged in with the heat pumps on. We this will be our first winter with this coach so I am not sure how the water bay area is heated. I drain the system when not in use, however how can I keep from freezing when we are camping in winter weather below 32 degrees.
