b-up cam,electric lift pump

Hi, everyone, our b-up cam(2000 magna) was unpowered/powered-up and now only has a negitive type image, any ideas??is the camera and lense one unit? Mito says it must go back to them for reprogramming, also, the electric lift pump, used to pressurize the low pressure fuel lines to the CAT transfer pump, this pump should come on for 30sec when ingition first turned on, this is now intermitten and when not operating requires a great deal of starter motor, no tech at CC can tell me where this "lift" pump is!!!! Please let me know! Cheers Rob
PS. Just shimmed up springs on series 90 Concord Electric TV attn, it was falling down while in return or travel mode, now is staying up until inline with cradle then lowers.
