small tear in dash

We have an '05 Inspire and the dash just got a small tear in it. It is not deep, just the top layer. It is about the size of a pencil eraser. Any suggestions on fixing it? Thanks

Used car dealers have people that come in and clean up vehicles for resale.
I had the vinyl dash on my jeep repair but such a person .
