98 hard starting

David, A friend of mine had the same problem on a 98 Intrigue. The problem related to an adjustment of the throttle linkage on the King Control. He called King Controls, technical support, throttle systems, who walked him through the repair which he accomplished at home.

I'd have the battery check for tired cells, mine was KAPUT!!
