Carefree Omega II awning strap upgrade kit

Does anyone know where I can get the strap upgrade kit for the Carefree Omega II slide/window awning? Carefree said they have none as the product is discontinued.

I would check with any Carefree service facility. I found some in Albuquerque, NM. several years ago.

Customer service is great, and the product is far superior. Country Coach changed to cheap products because of cost, and no cash flow.!!!!

I have dealt with ALL the awning companies and I have found the Carefree is one of worst by far with their customer service & products.
