Sewer Flusher stopped up

Last time out I could not the sewer flush inlet to take any water. Wondering is any one has had the flush sewer inlet to clog up? I have a clear section on the outlet to check the flow in the line and no flow. Removed two screws to the hose inlet but decided not to pull since we were on the road. Tried to get a wire through the inlet but no luck. Must have several small opening. Our 01' Intrigue manual does not detail this option to see how it is installed. The Wet Bay has a cover between the inlet and the tank.

If there is a way to clean nozzle with out removing?

Normally, the hard part is accessing the nozzle, but you can do that. You will need to remove the nozzle to clean it. Unscrew the supply line and remove the two screws. There is silicone behind the nozzle flange, so you may need a putty knife to get under the flange. Push the putty under and around the flange and twist it to remove it. Once you get the nozzle out, you can soak it in detergent; drill the holes out with the same drill index size, or go one drill index size larger. Once clean, remove all the silicone from the nozzle flange and the surface of the tank. Run a bead of silicone around the back of the flange and reinstall the screws. Don't over tighten the screws! I wait twenty fours before I reattach the supply line. You should be good for another ten years. If those screws aren't already stainless steel, I would change them out to stainless.

My flush inlet was stopped up. I called the manufacturer and they said to access the line at the anti-siphon valve and pour CLR in followed by hot water. Then re-connect and flush. I tried it and it worked. My anti-siphon valves are located behind a mirror in a cut out that also provides access to the shower valve.

I found the anti-siphon valve in the bathroom sink cabinet. Easy to get to and remove. Just wondering, why CRC and what does it do? If I need to replace, do you have a source?

I just removed the anti-siphon valve and it does seem to have a moving part inside that I can hear when I shake it back and forth. Wondering if there is a way to determine if it is working ok.
The line that goes to the nozzle extends toward the middle of the tank and there is no access. Testing that line to make sure is not clogged is my next step.

This is what I have in my coach. CLR dissolves mineral deposits that may have built up in the flush nozzles. I doubt you have a problem with your anti-siphon valve as they are pretty simple devices. You want to make sure you have pressure on the line when you turn the water on. If you didn't you would have a leak at the anti-siphon valve and know it.

On my coach the flush line goes to the opposite side of the coach where it enters the flush valve that is mounted into the tanks. I would like to remove mine and drill them to 1/8 in. as others have done, but I cannot access them without cutting out some fiberglass which I don't want to do.

Don't know if No-Fuss Flush is still in business, but you can give it a try. Good luck.

Thanks for the reply. I will try CRC to clean the nozzle. Like you said, no access is a problem. I talked to company who supplies Anti-siphon valve. He is sure the problem is the nozzle and not the valve. He also suggested I fill the tank, add digester chemical and let it set for a month. May be we should filter the water going into that flusher? I have clogged city side filters at some campgrounds to a point that no water would flow.

My nozzle on the passenger side where it goes into the tank had a screen and there was a lot of sediment in the screen. I was also able to get to the nozzle and drill the holes out to 1/8 in which helped a lot. I did not try to remove the nozzle.
