Yosemite National Park Route Info

Hello All

Going to Yosemite the end of September from Monterey, CA. Then on to the Balloon Festival in Albuquerque, NM. Any recommendations for routes in (140) and routes out (120 or 41). Any cautions would also be appreciated and campgrounds to stay also.
