Q: Cable connection

Yahoo Message Number: 5925
My entertainment center has a male cable connection mounted between the DHS power switch and the VCR. There is also a small power button next to the cable connection. The power button seems to be for an antenna amplifier or something like that. Can anyone tell me what the cable connection is for? Input? Output?
I'm hoping it might provide a convenient (temporary) place to hook up a DVD player.

The coach is a 02 Allure.

Tom-that plug is a lead from your rooftop tv antenna, and the little
switch on the same panel is the antenna signal booster. Macke 02 Allure #30792.Did you buy the coach new in Sept. 02?

Tom & Macke,

Mine is close to yours, 30780, and I thought the connector was an input for a camera, DVD, etc.. I assume your talking about the male connector for hooking a standard TV cable.

Tom, when you push the button the green light comes on showing you that the electronic signal amplifier in your roof-top antenna is on. When we are in some weak signal areas we have to use the feature to get any reception at all. We do not have a satellite dish, so have to watch regular broadcast tv. To input a dvd,I think you would have to connect a lead to the back of your signal switching box(ant-aux- vcr).Macke-Allure-30792
