Help! Paint Checking - Can you live with it? Fitx it?

We're looking at a 2008 CC Affinity, which is set up exactly as we wanted...right floor plan, bed size, interior & exterior colors, and in immaculate condition.
I had personally walked the coach when it was in Palm Springs and other than it being parked tight on the driver's side against a hedge where I couldn't see it well, it looked awesome.
But here's the problem. That driver's side was south facing...and got baked by the 3 month exposure each winter in the sun. Turns out when it got back to Oregon that the entire driver's side was shown to have "heavy blistering" from the infamous "fiberglass" issue (which I thought was resolved by the 2008 model year).
So is it just a cosmetic thing? Is it something that can be repaired (if so, how much are we talking)? Would you recommend purchasing a vehicle that had it? If so, how much would you discount it?

I would really appreciate any and all advice!

I have read that others have received advice that it is a gelcoat issue, not a paint issue. So one must remove paint, replace the gelcoat, and repaint. In other words quite expensive.
In year 14 on my rig I began to see the "chicken scratches" on my dark color bands. I live with them because the repair would probably cost more than the value of the rig.

I had that problem with a 2005 Inspire which I sold last year.
The estimated cost for repair was 25,000 for a complete remove and repaint so we gave a discount of the same amount.
That seemed reasonable.
