Front Heating System

I have the Hydro Hot Heating system and all seems to be working correctly except for the front heating system. I have the Coleman thermostat to control the system. The rear heater is working as it should, but the front heat ports only blow cool air, not warm or even hot. I have turned it off and on several times but it remains the same. Any idea's where I can check to try and solve this problem.
The Hydro hot cycles as it should, got plenty of hot water and it does produce the hot air in the rear of the coach.
Thanks for any help in this matter.

Dave: have you checked the zone lights on the control panel? Could be you have a bad circulating pump to that zone. Should show up on the lights. If not, I had a similar problem and found the relay to be bad. They were located next to the control panel (small black "Bosch" cubes); try switching them to see if one is bad for that zone. If all, else fails, check the Hydrohot Forum with Roger Berke. The guy is a genius with Hydrohot.

The check values on top of the Hydro Hoy unit can get stuck closed. Wack them with a hammer or or wrench.

? We have an 07 Inspire with the same symptoms. Unfortunately from the start on taking delivery of the coach it was a problem and has been since. The alleged problem that is recurring on our system is a mechanical brass one way flapper valve which prevents the backflow of the antifreeze coolerent when the system is turned off. If the valve sticks in the closed position it prevents the circulation of the heated coolerent which goes to the front regster. For some reason this only happens to the front flapper valve. The valve has been replaced one time- to no avail. I have been instucted to run the system monthly on heat to "exercise the valve"-to no avail, to tap on the out going coolernt line at the Aquahot unit to loolen the valve- which sometimes works. Most of the time the unit is serviced and the valve is cleaned which works for a while.
Of course a kinked hose going to the register, or a defective circulating pump, or a number of electronic problems could cause the same symptoms.

Regardiing no heat to the front zone: My 2006 Allure which we bought used had the same symptom. Found both supply and return hoses had 90 degree kinks, held in place by factory installed clamps screwed to the floor. Location was under galley cabinets, accessed by removable panels located under cabinet floor carpet in the area under the stove. Works fine now; but I did install a propane furnace ro overcome the lack of strong warm air floor to the front zone registers. Hope this helps - maybe whoever installed mine incorrectly did yours wrong also!
