Over the window electric shades

I have power shades over the windows in the DS living room slide and over the bedroom PS slide. Somehow they have become "jangled" and when I press the up arrow one goes up and the other goes down. I need to figure how to get them both going the same direction. The control runs both awnings and near as I can figure there is not an option to run just one awning. The awnings are Bruster and the control motors are Somfy. Anyone have any ideas?

I figured it out. I found a junction box for one of the awnings behind a panel in the bedroom and disconnected power to that awning and was able to change the other one so they are in sync.
