Need help with slide room

We are in Washington just south of Yakima. I was ready to leave yesterday and my passanger side slide out would not come in. I has no power ate all. I checked all fuses and breakers and all are OK I the called Premier in Junction city. They ran me through all the tests they could think of. but still no power. Does any one have any suggestions? I have a 2009 Allure crane praire. 45 foot . I also calleed HWH got a (tech) .who said he had never worked on that partricular model slide.
This is not the usual slide room It runs on two tracks, one at each end of the slide and has 2motors, one at each end. I also tried to get directions jon how to manually retract the slide, and got three different oppinions.
Very frusterated. Any one who can help please advise. I can't even have it towed tit the slide out.

If its hydraulic, you might be able to activate the hyd pump by operating another slide while another person pushes the retract button on the faulty slide. It works on mine.
