House batteries draining

How do you suggest troubleshooting a problem with the house batteries draining within a 12 hour period of time? All electrical components appear to be off (other than normal trickle charge). The batteries are less than one year old and are flooded cell variety. Thanks for any assistance.

Unhook the negative lead from the battery bank and put your meter set to amps, in line and see what the draw is. Now with that start figuring out what is pulling the amperage by pulling fuses, when the amp's drop you'll know what it is or at least what circuit it is and you can keep digging. But first, the batteries need to be checked, just because they are somewhat new doesn't mean there're good.
