Ariston Dryer

I've been getting these emails for awhile now and decided it was finally time to jump in. What a great place for info BTW.
We have an Ariston clothes dryer in our '08 Affinity and it runs, it heats, it's just that the drum is not turning. It is not frozen either it will hand turn. I think that either I need a new belt or it has jumped off the track.
Question is has anyone tried to change that belt and how do you get to it. Is their an easier way to get to it without pulling the whole thing out or should I take it to a professional to get it done.
