wall construction of coach

We bought a 1997 36' Intrigue #10371 a few months ago. We are preparing to go full-time in the unit in a few months. I need to upgrade the entertainment system in the unit by installing new tv's and a satellite dish on the roof.
I want to re-locate the front tv from its spot above the driver's head to the wall on the passenger side directly behind the sofa. There is an 18" wide area available on that wall between the window over the sofa and the window over the dinette. I would like to mount a board in the area and then mount the tv bracket to that board. I want to use a bracket with an articulated arm to swing the tv out and forward to comfortably watch from the opposite sofa.
Does anyone know details about the construction of the wall and how one could securely mount the tv and bracket which could weigh a total of about 25 pounds. Testing that area of the wall with a magnet indicates a metal part about 2" wide behind the wall just left of center in that area, extending from floor to ceiling.
I've seen videos on Youtube recommending using pop rivets to mount such things as fire extinguishers to the wall of an rv. I would welcome any thoughts on mounting techniques.
Also is anyone using whole-home dvr's to serve multiple tv's in their coach, such as Dish's Hopper and Joey system?

Thanks
Jerry

Yes.

I do have two Hoppers in my RV. As long as you have a Dish 1000 they work fin when properly installed. I like to record everything before I watch it, so I often use all three tuners on one Hopper, hence the need for a second Hopper to keep peace with DW.
Dish has a policy that says you can not put a Hopper in an RV, but if you get to the executive resolution department l they can make it happen. My cost was $200 for complete system. Others may quote prices from $500-$1000. Having a target in mind will help during negotiations.

Can't help with the wall construction.

Bob,

Thanks for the info. Sounds like you dealt directly with Dish and did the whole thing yourself. I'm thinking of 1 Hopper and 1 Joey to serve our 2 tv's. We scrape by with 2 tuners in the dvr we use in the house now, so 3 tuners should be enough.

Yes I delt directly with Dish and they sent a sub contract installer to install set up and make everything work.
