In Praise of the Mobile Lifestyle

Howdy Campers!

From time to time it's good to take a break from the rigors of bus maintenance, repairs and retrofits to focus up on where we can go in them. Jeannie and I have enjoyed being able to relocate which has allowed us to drill down into the areas we enjoy most. We recently explored the entrance to Zion's Subway slot canyon which is a world class hike and adventure. Given Spring is here, a few folks might find themselves able to explore some of the less traveled spaces in Zion.
The Subway is one such place. If you can't get there perhaps the slide show below will allow you to enjoy some of the scenery anyway.

Enjoy and safe travels to one and all.

Mary - The water was 40F and yes our feet were freezing. The bus has provided a great base camp for us to explore and enjoy these interesting places. Some years back I can remember others sharing their mobile lifestyle exploits with us prior to our getting on the road. It helped.
So hopefully what we can now document will provide ideas to help others zero in on interesting adventures. The goal is to see the best places at the best times. Not having to enter the airline and hotel infrastructure is great. On the other hand, constant repairs isn't so great. That said, we wouldn't change our decision to become a member of the mobile community. Pick what works for you then run it up the flagpole!
