Factory CB ANT

I have a factory installed CB Ant that works well with the factory installed CB radio. I have no info on the specs for the amount of transmit power (Watts) the Ant will handle.
Question: Is this Ant capable of a more powerful transmitter on the 10/11 Meter band?
