looking for advice rv park south west side of Yellowstone

Yahoo Message Number: 87603
Hi family and I are traveling to Yellowstone at the end of June. I asked this question a few months ago and at that time we settled on Fishing Bridge. After some review we think a place with good wifi and cable may make my life easier with teenagers and still take the toad into the park.
Any recommendations? Anyone have any insight on Longhorn Ranch near Dubois?

Also heading to Denver after Yellowstone would like to be somewhat close to the city. Any thoughts on Prospect rv?

Any recommendations would be great.
We are coming in from Badlands South Dakota, think we have all those parks settled with the help from you folks.
Thank you.

Nate,

Longhorn Ranch is a great place to stay. Sights 32, 33 and 34 on the Walkabout Loop are large pull throughs and there is a stream with a couple of picnic tables

directly behind those spots. Also saw people fihing there.

Nate,

Not sure of your itinerary but Elkhorn Ridge in Spearfish SD is a fantastic place to stay. Huge pool and the bathrooms and showers are actually private rooms and
are spotless. Great spot to rendevous from to Hill City, Deadwood, Devils Tower, Mt Rushmore and Crazy Horse.

I'm the same way in terms of really appreciating knowing what our CC folks have experienced and think about various places they have stayed. We use rvparkreviews a lot, but knowing what the CC folks like is better!!! So thank you to all who offer rv parks and campgrounds information.
