2007 Allure 470 bay doors do not lock?

We have a 2007 Allure 470. The bay doors (except for the water/sewage bay door which does lock) do not lock either with the electric auto lock switch inside by passenger seat or with the key? There is probably an adjustment that can be made somewhere but before I start taking things apart I thought someone out there that might have gone thru this issue.
I would appreciate any input.
