HELP!!!

My wife and I are broken down in Columbus, TX just outside of Houston. Our coach filled with smoke. CAT thinks it might be our regen system with a leak but not sure. CAT is also not sure it it is safe to move the coach. Does anyone know of a mobile service in the Houston area that could help us out. Thanks,

Sorry to hear about your problems. Until someone can give you a specific recommendation, you could look over the RVService review input, drilling down to websites to see if they have mobile support. Do you by chance have FMCA, and forgot they can provide help on these kinds of problems?

were you able to have someone possibly tow your coach in for repairs? Only place I know of is Texas Custom Coach in Pipe Creek, TX - they don't have a mobile as far as I know but it might be a good place to start by calling them..... Dave the owner, is very helpful - 830.510.4224

I believe the closest CAT service center to you is Mustang CAT on the North side of Houston. PH# 713-861-0777. I don't know if they have mobile service or not. Also, Fischer's diesel works on motorhomes--281-487-7904.

Thanks to all. Right now my wife and I are at the Columbus RV Park in Columbus, Texas. My coach is not safe to drive and tomorrow I am going to insist that Holt Truck Repair where i had 5 injectors replaced under warranty send a technician out to visually inspect my engine and then take things from there. I will keep everyone posted if my internet will cooperate. I am very thankful for all the wonderful RV friends, many of whom I have yet to meet in person who have offered thier advise and support. Safe travels to all and once again-THANKS!

Al, thank you for letting us out here in CC land know what's happening. It is truly alarming to all of us when one of our group members is broken down as you have been right now. It's darned frightening! It is a feeling of support too from the folks who are able to answer and from those who we know care about each other.
