Air Purge Solenoids Stopped Working

I went to purge the air system from the switch on the instrument panel and it would not purge. It has an interlock with the transmission as it will not purge when the transmission is in gear. I have not torn into it yet and could not find the circuit in the electrical schematics. Does anyone know how this circuit is supposed to work or the fuse number?
