Aqua Hot/coach winterizing

Yes even thought it is summer, I have a question about winterizing. I was reading a document I found on the web that is a collection of tech topics related to CC.
http://users.sisna.com/cebula/CCTechTopics.pdf
In this document, a CC engineer says CC does not recommend using RV antifreeze to winterize coaches with residential fridges. He provides all the steps to winterize the fridge which includes using air to blow out the domestic water lines (I never used RV antifreeze in my previous coach...always used air).
However, in reading the Aqua Hot service manual, it clearly states that you cannot winterize the domestic water portion of the Aqua Hot using air and must use RV antifreeze. This is obviously in conflict with the suggestions in the CC document listed above.
Is there a way to use RV antifreeze and isolate the ice maker and water dispenser in the fridge? There is no outside fridge access so not sure how to access the water supply line for the fridge.

Still learning this new beast and pondering.

I have always used air to blow out the lines after draining the system with the 3 valves provided near the water pump. As I have a head hunter toiled I use the drain valves and air, too. I disconnect the water line to the ice cube maker and drain it. The coach has been exposed to below zero degrees for over 80 hours straight at the worst with no auxiliary heat and the plumbing system and the hydro-hot have survived with no ill effects. Now if you have an aqua hot with the larger hot water tank, I would make sure to empty the tank. I pour RV antifreeze in all the p-traps including the toilets and have had no issues in 16 years with my two CC coaches.
