Awings won't come in

On our 2007 Magna the awning over the windows won't come in. The 15 amp circuit breaker, we pushed the "test" and now we can't get it to go back up... Help.

Well, if you don't push the circuit breaker switch ALL the way down before you push it back up - it does work. Took us a while but it is fixed. All awnings are back in place.
