HWH air leak

I have a huge air leak not allowing the leveling or travelling function to work. I can see where it is coming from, a canister underneath the front of the coach. If I have the front driver basement door open, inside to the left is a support bracket. On the other side of the bracket is the canister. At the bottom of the canister is a 90 degree fitting, maybe 3/8 inch opening. I can get my hand on this if I reach under the coach under the front bumper at the very corner. The air line from the pump looks as it connects to the canister. There are also a few wires running to a valve or sending unit on the canister. Is this 90 degree elbow a valve, bleed off, or supposed to be plugged, or have something hooked to it? I hope I have described the location well enough for someone out there to help me.
