Charger won't charge

The gen set is working and the AC works but the house batteries continue to discharge, they are down to 11.9v. The inverter works normally but it wont charge the batteries.

Jim, sounds like it could be your ECHO charger not functioning. Check the two (2) fuses located in Yellow Bayonet Connectors.
