OMEGA ll AWNING QUESTION

The Omega ll awning over my large slide will only extend about 8" beyond the
wall with the slide out. I had my dealer check it and he said maybe they replaced the

fabric and left it too short. I did not buy that.

The other 2 window awnings work but are hard to pull out.

Has anyone had this problem and If so what can you do about it?

I understand the Omega ll awnings have been discontinued.
