Access to AH heat exchangers

The 20 amp fuse inside the coach that is labelled 'heat exchangers' is blowing so I suspect I have a bad/shorted fan motor in one of the exchangers. Access to the one under the bed is easy as is the one under the galley. How do you access the one under the dash.....thru the little grill in front of it or from some access outside behind the genset? Also, isn't there an exchanger in the plumbing bay? If so, how hard to get to that one?
