Plumbing bay thermostat type/location?

My 2003 Lexa is plugged into 50 amp. It's been getting cold and I've had the electric floor on, but to be paranoid I've been turning the diesel heat on to keep the plumbing bay from getting too cold (it's not winterized).
It seems to want to keep the plumbing bay at 65 to 68 or so, so the diesel furnace is running more than it needs to. I'd like to turn it down to 45 or so, which should be plenty (I think?) esp. if I also keep the floor heater on, which I plan to (coach is plugged into 50 amp).
I see a small black dial in the back left of the plumbing bay, and a larger round knob near the inverters, but I thought the latter was the fan control for the inverter bay to keep airflow in case it gets too hot.

Does anyone know where the plumbing bay thermostat and control are?

Mine is in the plumbing bay; it should be connected to a temperature probe which measures the temp in the bay. In addition, there is a "very" small temp label on the dial. Too small for me to actually read, but it gives approx. settings for the temp.

On my 2003 Allure, the thermostat control is behind the removable panel in the plumbing bay. The black dial was set at the factory to come on at 36 degrees, but I don't know how to control the upper end limit. I reset mine to come on at 34 degrees to save diesel, but I had to repeatedly check it with a laser thermometer as the temp outside dropped, until I got it set correctly. I have been monitoring the usage by daily (morning) reading of the hour meter on the Hurricane unit, and at about one third of a gallon per hour of fuel usage, the cost is acceptable to me, at least for the time being. I am heading to Arizona next month, so I will not be in as much cold weather as here in Oregon. I hope that helps somewhat.
