C9(Engine Valve Lash Adjustment)

I have 20K miles on my coach and after reading the books and from other forums looks like I am 10k over. When we got this coach it had 17k on it so my question, has anyone had this done in the Portland, Oregon area and maybe looking at ECM updated. I know of Peterson Machinery (Halton) on Columbia Blvd a Cat dealer (don't know if they work on MH) but just looking for others with a good reputation.

In 2007 Halton CAT did the backlash on my valves and was pleased. At that time they were really equipped to work on motor homes don't know about know

Being a retired heavy construction service oiler I have been to Halton quite a few times but did not have a MH then, just to pick up parts, just looking for a second go to place. Looks like I will have to give them a call and see what they have to say. I have them do all my oil samples on my truck and MH.

I just had my valves adjusted at Peterson Cat in Portland on our 2003 Magna which has a C-12, and I was in the Coach the whole time and they did a great job, clean, no shoes inside, and tech knew what he was doing.

Thanks for the great news, may I ask what the dollar amount was so I can tell the wife. She is about to shoot me over this coach not starting out on a good foot this year. Last year we put around 14k into this puppy and she said it is turning into a Money Pit. I'm starting to agree with her. Hope I only have about 3k more to invest in it then we should be done, again thanks.

Yes it did and they used those paper blankets to cover everything. Great Job in my opinion.
