It is time to call HWH. Call early in the morning. I think they open up at 7am CDT. They should call you back but it sometimes it takes longer than we would like but they are very good at helping you trouble shoot your problem.
I've never seen anything published on how high the air pressure needs to raise the coach but ti could be more than 80 psi. On my coach, I do my initial level at a campsite with the engine running. The small auxiliary air compressor does not have nearly the volume flow level at higher pressures that the engine compressor has.
I guess it is good that you eventually build full air pressure at higher engine speed, but you should be able to build full engine pressure at an idle although it might take several minutes if the system air pressure is low when you start the engine.
As a first check, move the coach to a level place or block the wheels and start the engine, let the system build to full air pressure, release the emergency brake and then use the brake pedal to drop the air pressure down to the point that the compressor kicks on to build the pressure back up. If this takes longer than 3 to 5 minutes to reach full pressure at a fast idle you may have a problem with the primary air system: compressor, air filter/drier, or leaks. If this is the case you need to have the problem taken care of immediately.
