What the heck is that fan/heater noise?

I have a loud fan noise between the rear dual wheels of my 2003 Lexa, sounds a lot like the Hurricane does when it's turned on, but it's not running, no exhaust, etc. Can hear it somewhat inside the coach, much louder outside, sounds like it's in middle of the coach underneath, between or slightly behind the dual axle, in front of the tag.
I just took the coach on its first (short) road trip of the year, after having the water pump fixed, and it wasn't doing this before, or while we overnighted on Saturday, plugged into 50 amp, or when I did the walkaround before leaving.
Since I've been back (yesterday evening), and the coach on 50 my amp, I noticed this when I first finished unloading, and my wife says it's been doing it all day today (I'd thought that perhaps there was an aux fan on a tranny cooler or something that I didn't know about).
I (again) checked all Hurricane switches, heat exchange, furnace fans are all off, furnace heater control is off, ignition key is off, rear AC is off, etc. It's definitely not the rear fan, engine is of course off, and it's centered laterally and well ahead of the radiator/fan.
The coach does have heat tape on the tanks, I checked that compartment and I can hear something in the upper opening, but it sounds 'back' towards the axles, and not as loud as underneath.
Any suggestions what it might be, what switches/fuses I can pull to narrow it down, versus going through all the panels both 12v and 120?
My silverleaf is showing a +7amp 120v draw on line 1, but 4 amps is +12v charger on the inverter, 1 amp load, and I have a second non-connected inverter running the fridge, and 2 amps seems a reasonable draw there, so nothing noticeable, and the +12v draw may be a little high but nothing clear.
It was a sunny 80-ish day here in Seattle, the coach is 90 degrees inside. May be related or not, it's dark brown so definitely warms up when it's sunny. I turned on the automatic fans and opened a vent to cool it off, not great for the fridge etc.

It's possibly the cooling fan for your inverter/charger. Yours should be located similarly to mine just forward of the drive axle up in the center of the coach bay.
