Fresh Water Tank Dumping

Yahoo Message Number: 95876
Hello Everyone. First time user.

I have a 2006 Inspire. My friend just purchased a 2006 Afinity, 45' four slide beautiful Motor Home. He suspected the water system needed to be sanitized and put bleach in the intake filter canister but does not know how to drain the fresh water tank. He has Silver Leaf and said he clicked on Fresh Water Drain but it only drained the water lines and not the tank. Any thoughts?

Tell him to disconnect city water and turn the water pump on.

My 08 Magna has a switch in the bathroom labeled "Tank Drain" It is on the same block of switches with the lights.

I attempted to answer this the other day and my message didn't take. Our '06 Affinity has a switch in the same cabinet as the Silverleaf TCS unit that says "Fresh water drain".
