WELDEX REAR VIEW CAMERA SYSTEM

Here is some advice regarding Weldex Rear View Cameras. If you can avoid doing so, stay far clear of that organization. I have had 3 monitors so far in the past two years. All were bad and Weldex Warranties are REPAIR ONLY!! So, if you are a week away from a planned trip and your Weldex monitor goes bad within the 1 year warranty, you have no choice but to buy another new monitor (which failed one day after it was installed!) because you will not have the month or so it will take for Weldex to fix your monitor after it removed, shipped, repaired and sent back. Then when you ask WELDEX to be reasonable, they basically give you the finger! WELDEX has the WORST CUSTOMER CARE POLICIES of any Country Coach supplier. D Jean CC 81072

If/when my camera fails, I will deal with RVCams.com for replacement. I have used them in the past for RV camera needs and Tim is outstanding..... very helpful and excellent customer service.
