Looking at Intrigue 06

Hello Group! Need your wisdom.

We are looking at an 2006 40-foot Intrigue with 63,000 miles, ISL 400 Allison tranny. Tires are 2012, PTO is wet but radiator is aluminum original. Upgrades include a residential refrigerator, slide-out drawers and it is fully-tiled including bedroom. It has been totally gone over by Country Coach techs.

What else should we check? Asking price $199, 000. What would be a good offer?

There is a similar 2006 Intrigue for sale on E-bay for $129,000. Might be worth looking at.

I have a 2006 Country Coach Intrigue 45' with 25,000 miles for sale at 169,000.00. Just to give you an idea.
