No tail lights

I own a 2006 Inspire 360. I lost power to my tail lights and side marker lights. Does anyone have any thoughts on what to look for or how to repair. Already replaced the master control box for the smart steering wheel and couldn't find any blown fuses. By the way the headlights are stuck in the high beam position. Thanks in advance

Mike, we had the same thing happen and were in rural WI so were stopped by lots of county and town police to let us know. I think I may have caused the fuse to be blown by having the harness that plugs into the tow vehicle, a Buick Enclave. I had to change that fuse twice in order for everything to work. The fuse didn't look blown but it was, and it was master control box in the first door in our bus under the driver's seat.
