2K Magna wind noise at door

Hello all, we have 2000 magna when driving in high winds door leaks air in and door top shutter, has anybody put a wind difletor near door to stop wind. Any idea how to stop wind noise. Thanks charles 5886

My Intrigue did that. I had a new door seal put in. The new seal is rather tight and requires the door to be shut fairly hard, but no more whistling.

Magna doors are totally different than our rectangular Intrigue doors.
That said new gaskets or seals

might be a start. On my coach Chris Snyder and Eric Olstrum took some of the plastic gutter trim you

can buy at Camping World and placed it across the top of the door and placed it with the gutter edge

forward in front of the leading, hinged, edge of the door =to prevent the wind from resonating in the

gap between the door and the frame. That was 10 and 1/2 years ago and has worked very well since. I

did have to adjust the door a touch a few years ago to take up the space from compression of the seals.

In addition I went around and made sure all the screws and fasteners on the door frame were tight. I

had to tighten all the screws on the interior decorative panel below the door window, which made the

door close better with less force, too.
To think about it I lubricated the door using a liquid form of graphite that stopped the noise Lyle was

complaining about on his Intrigue front door. That was 3 or 4 years ago.
