Crazy horn problems, any suggestions on a workarou...

The air horn air line should be yellow in color.

Red, green and blue are for suspension, supply and brakes.

You are looking at the wrong part. The air horn is supplied by a single plastic hose that is controlled by an electric solenoid. Look for a single line running to a small valve that has one or possibly two wires running to it. There will be a single line that goes up to the horns. One line in - one line out.
I am not familiar with your coach but on my Allure it is mounted to one of the 2" frame members and is inside the front drivers bay, the line supplying it is BLACK.
This valve is held shut by a spring and when electricity is applied it energizes a coil which pulls the valve open thus blowing the horn.
The valve is currently stuck open. When you find the solenoid try tapping on it, this may allow it to close. If not then crimp the hose.

Good Luck
