Big Bend Country

We are going to Big Bend in Nov this year would like to hear from people that have been there.

We wil turn off I10 at the 140 exit we have reservation at Mavrick RV should I go down to Presido then 170 along the border or is it better to go to Terlingua then to Lajitas

We love the Big Bend and have been several times on our motorcycle. Yet to go with our MH but will soon. Do NOT drive the road from Lajitas to Presidio in a MH. 15% grades and 10mph curves! Be sure and do it in the toad though. Go thru Terlingua as far as Lajitas with the MH. Terlingua is such a great place. Watch out for antelope. The road between Lajitas and Presidio has been voted one of the top ten most scenic drives in America. Enjoy!
