08 magna engine cover

Does any know how the engine cover is removed? It looks like it may go into the closet but I don't see and bolts coming through from the bottom. This looks to be a different type of cover then my inspire.
Thanks
Rod

On my Magna, the cover slips under the closet trim a bit. When I open the latches, I can raise the side of the cover near the bed and the cover will easily slip out from under the trim.

On my 07 Intrigue the cover is a large plywood square, about 2.5 FT on a side, covered by a carpet, glued to the wood I guess. You need to find a seam and pry it up. I use a pry bar. The plywood is held in place by industrial Velcro. Once it's off the rest is obvious.

Hi Lee

The manual shows something like you say which is a hatch in a flat floor. On this one their is a box about 4 inches high. It looks like the whole box lifts from looking under but I am having trouble figuring out what's holding it down. Someone will chime in.

Rod, sorry I can't help you there, don't have the box you describe. You'll figure it out. Good hunting.
