A real gent, and one who really cares and follows thru for his CC customers. We had a latch handle on our screen for break last year while traveling to Alaska. Kevin and a new and improved replacement part, and shipped it to the Tok Alaska Post Office for us to pick up as we came to that area.
Then as he was not sure of the price, he said he'd get a bill off to me later. About 7 or so weeks later, we pulled up to his business/house in our toad. Interrupted his nice wife who was working in the yard, and she went in and got Kevin for us. Was real good to shake a hand, and meet the guy that has helped so many of us. I reminded him about the latch, and we were able to settle up at that time.
Final plug for Kevin. When we take off for our next big trip. We'll sign up for Kevin's program where he's available to assist via the phone as needed while traveling. It's kind of a 'two fer', as whatever Kevin can't cover, his brother can - and he'll get him involved if needed. Not just for us as we are trying to figure things out, they can also guide mechanics and tech's over the phone that might not be familiar with CC. It's a peace of mind kind of insurance, knowing that this knowledge is just a phone call away!
