UHF-VHF Antenna

Hello Folks: I am having a heck of a time trying to get my VHF-UHF powered antenna to work. I am fairly certain that I have a bad power supply as i am getting power to the antenna power unit but nothing past there. HOWEVER, here is the rub..This may not have a thing to do with the problem that I am having, but I would like to make sure. What I  have is a 1994 CC Prevost conversion ser.# 60222.There are wires sticking up all over the roof of this thing for Solar panels, extra satellite dish's ETC but the ones that concern me are two groups of wires that come through the roof at the antenna. They have been taped off but since there is a red and a blue wire ant the antenna booster and a red and blue wire in one of the groups of wires at the antenna,I checked and sure enough there is 12 volts on these wires. There was at one time a magnetic switch on the antenna that looks like it may have been a normally open switch that made when the antenna is cranked up. This switch has long since given into the UV rays and there is not enough left to tell me very much. Even though I have a complete set of Wiring diagrams from CC and Prevost, there is nothing on these wires that run through the roof. I accidentally touched the blue and red wires while trying to get them untaped and it popped a 20 amp fuse down in the cellar. My question is this. Does anyone know if this has anything to do with the power supply or is this some kind of a warning to tell when the antenna is up??? Any help would sure be appreciated

A lot of coaches use a reed switch to indicate antenna up. But since you  popped the fuse by touching the wires together, they must be a power supply for  something. What was the label of the popped fuse?
