A report on Great Service.

I wanted to comment on our recent experience with Cal Thorne of Advanced Satellite in Junction City.
I recently had Cal replace my failed Moto-Sat TV dish with a RF Mogul unit. The work was done at his shop behind Premier Coach in Junction City. After the install I proceeded to our destination in Hillsboro Oregon. Two days later the dish failed for some unknown mechanical or electrical problem. I placed a call to Cal and after a few minutes of conversation Cal said he would order a new base unit and travel to our location (220 mile round trip) inHillsboro Oregon to install it. Two days later Cal arrived with the parts and in a couple of hours we were up and running again.
That kind of customer service is hard to find. Not only great service from Advanced Satellite but also from RF Mogul.
This is just a report of my experience and I have no connection to either Advanced Satellite or RF Mogul.
