HWH Slide Creep

My HWH Slide Mechanism is their "SpaceMaker" Model "B" TRAIN Drive. I replaced the Galley Slide "Retract Solenoid" October 2014 which solved my Creep Inward problem until now.

My question to a couple of days ago I went into the barn and noticed the Galley Slide "Creeped Inward" along the BOTTOM of the SLIDE about 1 1/2" with the UPPER TOP remaining fully EXTENDED.

I've got a call into Joe and Randy now but thought maybe one you had experienced what I think is an unusual issue,
