Matt and Sherry -

Did you look at this one:

I spoke to them at some length and it seemed to be in pretty good shape, a number of windows replaced by CC along with front wheels.
The biggest problem was that the awning had been bumped against a tree and they had a $400-600 estimate and a bit of gelcoat blister on the front cap. They indicated they were willing to move on price. They are away until 12/28 should you try to reach them.

Thanks Dave,

We did see this one but we aren't sure about the cloth furniture as we have dogs. We'd prefer the "leather". Were you in the market for a CC? Did you end up buying one? Any insight would be helpful.

Perhaps you bought the one in TN that were looking at? : )

Thanks

Yup, I did buy that one in Tenn! Got home with it yesterday and we are very happy with it. (Is it safe to assume you were the "other" buyer?)

This was a huge decision for us - we had already decided to get a brand new gasser and are staying in Tampa at the RV show next month.
I was at the Harrisburg show and was really unhappy with the quality of the new machines plus all the chassis problems people discuss on the web.

We decided to seriously upgrade (to CC) and go used and I doubt we will ever regret the decision. The CC is well thought out and just quality materials and construction throughout. I stayed at Flying J's coming home and even though it was 22 degress outside, I was warm and didn't even put a dent in the batteries or propane.

I think the Naples coach is a good deal if they come down in price 10-15K. They said they have complete maintenance records. Whatever you do I would keep shopping for a CC - I am really impressed. Feel free to email be at magicbus@... with any questions.

Dave,

I had speaking to Van for a few weeks. Not as long as you though. I wasn't able to get down to TN until mid January. Congratulations on your new purchase.

We also started thinking of a new gasser but have decided to go with a used DP. Small world. I'll probably give the one in Naples a shot although I liked the leather in Van's. There's also a 97 Intrigue I may peak at.

Thanks for the info. i may be getting back to you with questions.

Matt
