Hurricane Information

To All of you who have a Hurricane System:
The US office for ITR, International Thermal Research direct dial phone number is (360) 993-4877. They have a toll free number that is (800) 993-4402. They now have 4 techs working 8-5 Monday thru Friday. These techs will help you with issues you are having. The techs names are Dale Kemper, Kevin DeWhitt, Ken Elwell and Craig Garrison. I had my system updated last February, they installed a new fuel pump and a new circuit board and I have had no problems with my Hurricane since then. Prior to the fix I was having black smoke, sytem wouldn't fire, cycling too often etc.
Rather than spending the money for a new system, even if you are out of warranty, why don't you try calling or emailing ITR and see if they can help you. It is my understanding that even if you are out of warranty, depending on the issue, they will help to fix your exsisting or ongoing problem.
