Water in Fuel Light

Yahoo Message Number: 110715
Hello, I have a 2007 Tribute 260. Does anyone know where the Water in Fuel sensor is located? I have looked everywhere I can think of. It is not on either Fuel filters and CAT can't find it either...

Thanks,
Jim

When it comes to your exhaust brake, have you lubed it. I lube mine once a year, kind of a pain in the neck to do but if it freezes up then the price goes up. I have to remove the mirrors and track then pull the floor, lube all moving parts and remove the air line and put around 5 drops of the PacBrake Synthetic Lubricant in the line then replace everything.
If there is no wire on the filter, I have no idea where it would be and I have a C-9 also.

As I recall the CC CAT engines do not come with the sensor, you just inspect the clear bowl under the fuel filter. It's that way on mine.
