All 3 AC units cycle off and back on about 5 minut...

Usually the transfer /surge protector unit will disconnect at 105 volts. But all 3 AC units should not be on the same leg. See if it works better after the sun goes down. If so it is probably low voltage from the park ..

ditto on low voltage in the park or area. With the heat the power companies are not able to keep up. We only have 2 AC's and that happens to us if the voltage drops.

The down time is most likely the built in delay to keep from overloading the compressor due to head pressure. When the third spins up the voltage has too great a drop and they shut dow.
