Dometic roof fan vent

Hi, we have a 2000 magna with xfan in ceiling near the frig, when we turn the controll to close the dome would close ok but the motor would still keep running till i would push up on the manual handle then the motor would stop.I called dometic and talked to teck, he said he would send a new motor and opeator right out that day, ups came the next day. No charge at all. What a great co to deal with. Charles, by the way they sent us 2 replacement double insulater dome covers last year no charge.5886
